Rate of Pay: $23.35 - $24.17

The Surgery - Medical Device Reprocessing Department (MDRD) is currently seeking a Regular Full-Time Sterilization Assistant to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Decontamination of all medical/surgical instruments, equipment and utensils.
- Sterilization of all medical/surgical instruments, equipment and utensils.
- Assembly of equipment as required.
- Specific duties will be based on assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of grade twelve (12) or equivalent.
- Previous experience would be an asset.
- CSAO certification; MDRD certification with previous work experience in an MDR setting preferred.
- Scope Certification Training an asset.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal required.
- Demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality.
