As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will implement innovative recruitment and selection strategies in support of one of our key patient programs.

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, expertly guiding hiring managers in the attraction, selection and onboarding of new employees.
- Work with internal clients to implement innovative recruitment strategies for key and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide expert and evidence-informed advice to hiring managers, based on a comprehensive knowledge of legislative guidelines and interpretation of workforce analytics.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to support fair and quality hiring decisions in line with HR policies and collective agreements.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop best-in-class employer branding, recruitment programming and practices across the organization.
- Support client groups to maintain up-to-date job descriptions and related postings.
- Recommend and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance service to the organization.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to gather, maintain and communicate recruitment data that supports clients' decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Human Resources Information System data and reports.

- A minimum post-secondary degree as well as a diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Completed or working towards CHRP or CHRL.
- A minimum 3 years recent experience working in a recruitment role is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply employment legislations (e.g., Employment Standards, Human Rights, Health & Safety, Privacy, Compensation, Labour Relations, etc.), Human Resources Policies and Collective Agreements.
- Excellent data entry skills, superior organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service focus, ability to work with private and confidential material.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and previous experience working with HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build, foster and maintain productive relationships with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task in an organized manner with a variety of employee requests.
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills with ability to network with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and results oriented.
- Experience in Health Care is an asset.
